*All of our work is for decorative use only, and not meant to be utilitarian. Because we use low fire clay none of our pieces are food safe or watertight. Dried or artificial flowers are recommended for vase forms, or using a watertight floral liner.

 

SHIPPING:

• At this time, we are only able to ship within the United States.

• Orders will be shipped within a week of being received, with insurance and tracking.

• Because all our work requires extra care in wrapping and packaging, shipping and handling fees are a flat rate of $25.00.

• If a piece arrives damaged, please notify us immediately, and return it to us for insurance purposes, within a week and we will be happy to replace it for work at a comparable price. 

• If you are unhappy with your purchase, for any reason, please notify us within a week of receiving your order, and we will happily exchange it for another piece of equal value. WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS.

• We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

• To start a return, you can contact us at haggertyceramics@cox.net. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: [1351 Holiday Hill Road, Goleta, CA 93117] If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at haggertyceramics@cox.net.

Damages and issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right

Exchanges:

The fastest way to you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, find a piece of a comparable value on our store, or at our studio, and let us know which piece you would like.Once we receive the work back, we are happy to exchange it for a new item.
